Web3 infrastructure provider Entry announced the completion of a $1 million Pre-Seed round of financing, led by Modern Niagara, with participation from Qrecendo and Perrfin. This financing combines elements of equity and the Simple Agreement for Future Tokens (SAFT), with a seed stage FDV of approximately $25 million and an expected TGE of approximately $50 million.
