These bullish predictions lie between high prices for BTC and ETH to hit mostly around the first quarter of 2026. Most recently, Tom Lee predicts bullish times for crypto assets BTC and ETH, highlighting heavy supercycle potential.
Tom Lee Predicts Bullish Times for Crypto Assets BTC and ETH
Expectations are high despite the many calls for a bear market to have already begun in the eyes of several crypto analysts and traders. Since Bitcoin (BTC), the pioneer crypto asset, lost its 6-digit prices, sentiments have fallen greatly. However, despite many analysts declaring a market, other financial experts and industry leaders stick to their notion that the correction phase has ended and a bullish year lies ahead.
Among these predictions lie the CEO of BitMEX, Arthur Hayes, who said BTC would hit $250,000 by the end of this year, and go on to hit much higher ATH prices in the coming year. Similarly, Robert Kiyosaki also claimed that Bitcoin (BTC) would surge to new ATH prices between $300,000 – $550,000 bull targets in the coming year. Meanwhile, some experts believe ETH too will surge parabolically.
Another bullish prediction comes from Raoul Pal, a financial expert who claims that this bull cycle will not be a traditional 4-year bull cycle, but rather a 5-year super cycle. Pal explained that the extended business cycle and the delay in liquidity flow have resulted in a 5-year supercycle instead. This suggests that BTC may be bottoming out at the moment, potentially leading to a bullish surge in the days ahead.
Supercycle Potential Draws High Expectations
Another market expert, Tom Lee, has also been using the word supercycle. To highlight, Tom Lee has been accumulating ETH over BTC via Bitmine Immersion’s strategic pivot. He had previously predicted the price of ETH to hit $12,000 by the end of this year. Now, based on the latest market dynamics, his prediction has been readjusted to ETH hitting $7,000 – $9,000 by early 2026.
As we can see from the post above, Tom Lee has also stated that the price of BTC will go on to hit a new ATH of $200,000 by 2026. Moreover, he said that over time, the price of ETH can hit $20,000. He also stressed the expectation for a supercycle, though he said he does not want to overuse the word, likely because the supercycle may not occur again next bull cycle. Pal says a 3-year cycle next could balance the market again.
