Flow: Validators have reached consensus, and the Flow network will enter the first phase of recovery today at 22:00.
According to Odaily, Flow posted on X that Flow network validators have accepted the proposed software upgrade. The network has now reached consensus and entered the repair and testing phase. Currently, the network is in read-only mode, blocks are being produced normally, but regular transaction intake remains suspended.
Flow network plans to begin the first phase of recovery today at 22:00 (UTC+8), at which time the Cadence environment will resume operation and more than 99.9% of Cadence accounts will regain full functionality. Accounts and the EVM environment affected by the attacker's poisoning attack will be temporarily restricted or remain in read-only mode. Flow Foundation will provide further updates at the start of the first phase.
