BlockBeats News, December 26th, according to HyperInsight and Coinglass monitoring, influenced by a 3% short-term BTC price surge, the largest single liquidation in the past 24 hours reached $14.14 million across the entire network, belonging to a BTC short position starting with the address 0xa8e on Hyperliquid. In the last hour, this address's 40x leveraged BTC short position experienced two significant liquidations, totaling approximately $17.63 million, with the largest liquidation involving 160 BTC, equivalent to around $14.14 million.
After a full liquidation, the address promptly reopened a 40x leveraged BTC short position with a holding size of about $7.1 million, an entry price of $88,040, and a liquidation price of $89,820.
