SBI Digital Markets will adopt Chainlink CCIP to support its cross-chain digital asset platform
ChainCatcher news, according to Chainlink, SBI Digital Markets (SBIDM, a subsidiary of Japan's SBI Group, managing assets over 10 trillion yen) announced that it will use Chainlink as its exclusive infrastructure solution, integrating CCIP as an interoperability layer to support the secure transfer of tokenized assets between public and private blockchains, and protecting sensitive information such as transaction amounts and counterparties through CCIP Private Transactions.
SBIDM is upgrading from an issuance/distribution platform to a comprehensive digital asset hub covering compliant issuance, purchase, settlement, and cross-jurisdictional secondary trading, with plans to promote on-chain financial expansion in Asia and Europe.
