The Smarter Web Company has completed the placement of 1.337 million ordinary shares.
According to an official announcement reported by Jinse Finance, the UK-based Bitcoin treasury company The Smarter Web Company has allotted 1,337,000 ordinary shares under the terms of the subscription agreement announced on September 4, 2025. The total proceeds from this allotment of subscription shares will be £1,185,771.81 (before expenses), equivalent to approximately £0.89 per share. The company will receive about 97% of the proceeds as settlement at the beginning of this week. The remaining balance of ordinary shares not yet allotted under the subscription agreement is 13,878,000 shares.
