Foresight News reported, according to a certain exchange, that US SEC Chairman Paul Atkins recently stated that despite the impact of the government shutdown, the SEC still plans to initiate the formal rulemaking process for the cryptocurrency "innovation exemption" by the end of 2025 or early 2026. "We will observe how things develop, but I am confident that we can accomplish this task."
