The REX-Osprey Dogecoin ETF (ticker DOJE) is scheduled to be listed on Thursday, and like $SSK, it follows the Investment Company Act of 1940. Currently, a large number of 33 Act holders are still waiting for approval from the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission."
