According to a report by Jinse Finance, on-chain analytics platform Lookonchain has monitored that an ETH ICO participant sold 2,300 ETH about 20 minutes ago, worth approximately $9.91 million, leaving a remaining balance of 1,623 ETH valued at around $6.99 million.
