Bitcoin Treasury-listed company The Smarter Web Company raises approximately £19.68 million through a share placement
According to a report by Jinse Finance, and as stated in the official announcement, the UK-listed Bitcoin treasury company The Smarter Web Company has disclosed a placement of 6,057,914 new ordinary shares, raising approximately £19,680,874 (before expenses). Upon completion of this placement, a new subscription agreement is expected to be signed. The company previously disclosed that its Bitcoin holdings had reached 1,825 coins as of last week.
