Mining Firm MARA to Issue $850 Million in Convertible Notes to Purchase Bitcoin
According to Jinse Finance, Bitcoin mining company MARA Holdings has announced the issuance of $850 million in 0% convertible notes to purchase more Bitcoin (as well as to repay $50 million in old notes and for general corporate purposes).
