Decentralized messaging protocol developer Ephemera raises $20 million in Series B funding co-led by USV, a16z crypto, and Lightspeed Faction
According to ChainCatcher, as reported by The Block, Ephemera, the developer behind the decentralized messaging protocol XMTP, has completed a $20 million Series B funding round aimed at building and expanding its ecosystem.
This round was co-led by Union Square Ventures, a16z crypto, and Lightspeed Faction, with participation from a certain exchange's Ventures, Offline Ventures, Sound Ventures (founded by Ashton Kutcher and Guy Oseary), and Distributed Global.
