Trump: Impose a 25% Tariff on Phone Manufacturers Not Producing in the US

ChainCatcher reports that Trump stated a 25% tariff will be imposed on mobile phone manufacturers not producing in the United States. Trump warned that if Samsung products are not made in the U.S., a 25% tariff will be imposed. If Apple and Samsung build factories in the U.S., they will be exempt from tariffs. If sold in the U.S., they need to be manufactured in the U.S. Trump said tariffs on Apple and Samsung will be imposed by the end of June.
