Virtuals Core Contributor: Will Not Tokenize Points
EtherMage, a core contributor to Virtuals Protocol, stated on X that they have listened to feedback regarding the current points system and how people play games. They wish to share some ideas, including: no longer encouraging holding proxy tokens, only encouraging trading, which addresses the issue of developers holding large amounts of tokens and abusing points; Jeet Jail address clustering; suggesting the development team be completely locked in for the long term; exploring a platform for staking proxy tokens. EtherMage added that they will not tokenize points, as otherwise, points are likely to be repeatedly controlled and adjusted.
