Trading Volume on Crypto Exchanges Falls to Six-Month Low, Spot Trading Share Hits Period Low
According to Jinse, as reported by The Block, as of April 20, the seven-day average trading volume on global crypto exchanges dropped to approximately $32 billion, the lowest since October 2024, plummeting over 75% from its peak in December 2024. Regarding the spot-to-futures trading ratio, Bitcoin and Ethereum fell to 0.19 and 0.20, respectively, marking the lowest levels since August 2024 and December 2023. Meanwhile, Solana's trading activity saw a slight increase.
