Bitwise collaborates with Maple Finance for the first time to configure DeFi loan products
According to an announcement by Bitwise Asset Management, it has for the first time allocated decentralized finance (DeFi) loan products through a collaboration with on-chain credit protocol Maple Finance. The product chosen by Bitwise is a Bitcoin-backed lending tool suitable for qualified investors in the United States.
Maple Finance CEO Sid Powell revealed that this cooperation underwent 12 months of due diligence involving Bitwise's operations, legal, compliance and risk control teams. Bitwise currently manages assets exceeding $12 billion, covering crypto ETFs, private equity funds, hedge fund strategies and collateral businesses.
