Kaspa announces technical upgrade to test network: Block generation speed increased to 10 blocks per second
According to official news from Kaspa, Testnet 10 (TN10) upgrade v0.17.0 has been released, introducing the Crescendo hard fork. The test network block generation rate has increased from one per second to ten per second (i.e., one every 0.1 seconds). TN10 is expected to complete this upgrade on March 6, 2025 at 18:30 UTC. Kaspa invites the community to run TN10 nodes for testing to ensure the smooth progress of the main network upgrade, which is planned for late April to early May.
