The Financial Secretary of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government, Paul Chan Mo-po, stated on the 26th when presenting a new budget that the "Capital Investment Entrant Scheme" has received over 880 applications, expected to bring in more than HK$26 billion in investment.
