The Royal Government of Bhutan transferred approximately 406 Bitcoins to QCP Capital
Arkham monitoring found that 17 minutes ago, the government of Bhutan (Druk Holdings) transferred about 406 bitcoins, worth about $40 million, to QCP Capital's WBTC merchant deposit account.
