Goldman Sachs plans to add the highest number of partners in the Solomon era this year
Goldman Sachs Group Inc. plans to promote the highest number of partners since David Solomon's days at the helm. The number of promotions to be announced this week is expected to exceed 80 in 2022, according to people familiar with the matter. Goldman promotes a group of executives to partner every two years, with less than 1 per cent of Goldman employees rising to that level.
