FTX's former engineering director asks judge not to send him to jail over FTX collapse
Nishad Singh, former chief engineer of FTX, requested the judge not to send him to prison because of FTX's bankruptcy.
In a memorandum submitted by Nishad Singh's lawyer on Wednesday night to a federal judge in Manhattan, it was stated that given his limited role in the FTX bankruptcy case, his close cooperation with investigators, and his commitment to living a "model life," he should be given leniency.
