Fed's Bostic open to no rate cut in November
On 11 October, Federal Reserve official Bostic said he was open to cutting interest rates by 25 basis points or staying the course at next month's meeting, depending on how the economic outlook develops. In an interview on Thursday, Bostic said, ‘If the data show it's appropriate, I'm totally in favour of skipping (a rate cut).’
