Foreign media: Telegram CEO Pavel Durov brought to Paris court
Telegram founder Pavel Durov was taken to a Paris court, RIA Novosti reported, citing French media. A RIA Novosti correspondent said that on the same day two vehicles with warning lights on left at high speed the National Anti-Fraud Office on the outskirts of Paris, where Durov was rumored to have been previously detained. Sources in the French prosecutor's office said that the authorities plan to issue a new statement on the Telegram case that evening.
