OpenAI Changes Secondary Stock Offering Policy So Current and Former Employees Can Participate Equally
OpenAI has changed its secondary stock offering policy to allow current and former employees to participate equally in the sale of its stock.In a document shared with stakeholders, OpenAI said that all current and former employees "will have the same selling restrictions" and be able to participate at the same time.
