Fed's Kashkari: FOMC expected to cut rates near end of year
Fed's Kashkari said that the FOMC is expected to cut rates near the end of the year. The Fed is in a strong position to take its time and observe the data; the job market is performing better than expected; the labor market may cool further, and hopefully the rate of decline will be moderate.
