Insider: Over 30 validators have been kicked out of the Solana Foundation delegation program, with most operators being Russians
ChainCatcher news, according to CoinDesk citing informed sources, over 30 validators were kicked out of the Solana Foundation's delegation program last weekend. Although they are still validators on the network, they no longer qualify for rewards for validating transactions on the Solana blockchain. Another source said that many operators are Russians. In addition, a total of 32 operators were expelled this time, these operators collectively own 1.5 million SOLs, accounting for about 0.5% of the pledged plan.
ChainCatcher previously reported that according to The Block report, the Solana Foundation announced that due to a group of validator operators participating in "sandwich" attacks against Solana users, the foundation has removed them from its delegation program.
