Shibarium developers issue a warning about counterfeit TREAT tokens
Shibarium team member and developer DaVinci has issued a warning to the Shibarium community, stating that there are malicious activities online releasing counterfeit TREAT tokens. DaVinci warns investors, speculators, and the Shibarium community that although this token is named after a real token still under development by the Shibarium team, it has not yet been officially launched. DaVinci clearly states that any listing of TREAT tokens is unrelated to Shibarium's official development. This Shibarium developer explained that malicious actors have also used the official shib.io address in their online posts to increase the legitimacy of their fake tokens.
