PANews reported on May 31, according to sources cited by The Block, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has asked potential issuers of Ethereum spot ETFs to submit a revised S-1 form before Friday. After that, the SEC will provide the first round of comments, and the issuer will make further modifications. Insiders expect that at least two more rounds of draft submissions for the S-1 form are needed before it is ready. Analysts predict that approval of the S-1 will take several weeks.
