Taiko is launched on the mainnet, and the token is expected to be launched in a few weeks
Golden Finance reports that Ethereum Layer2 Taiko has been developed since 2022 and has gone through seven testnets and has now been launched on the mainnet. Ethereum co-founder Vitalik Buterin proposed building the first block on the Taiko mainnet with metadata containing the names of each Taiko core contributor. The Taiko token is expected to launch a few weeks after the mainnet launch. Additionally, Taiko plans to launch a points-based incentive program called Trailblazers to engage the community by rewarding users for completing tasks and interacting with the network.
