Former U.S. federal prosecutor: SEC will submit a revised summary of remedial measures against Ripple lawsuit by tomorrow
Golden Finance reported that James Filan, a former U.S. federal prosecutor and defense attorney, said that the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has sealed and submitted its remedial response summary and supporting evidence in the lawsuit against Ripple. However, the documents submitted by the SEC have not yet been made public. The SEC will submit a revised remedial summary by Wednesday, May 8, 2024, and other documents related to the seizure will be submitted after Wednesday's submission.
