Bitcoin Computing Power 7-Day Average Drops, Now Slightly Above 600 EH/s
The 7-day moving average of Bitcoin arithmetic power has fallen slightly since the Bitcoin block reward was halved, and is now slightly above 600 EH/s, but is still at an all-time high, according to data from The Block. The 7-day moving average of Bitcoin miners' revenue per TH/s has fallen to an all-time low of $0.048, and while the block reward of 3.125 BTC is now worth more than the block reward of 25 BTC in 2013, there has also been a surge in the number of miners on the network, which has made it much more difficult to actually get a reward.
