Since February, whales have withdrawn 69,500 ETH from CEX

According to Lookonchain monitoring, since February 1st, the price of ETH has risen by about 24%. Since then, whales have withdrawn and accumulated approximately 69,500 ETH (179 million USD) from CEX.
