Arkham: Dormant Bitcoins worth over 2 billion dollars moved a few days after the start of Bitcoin spot ETF trading
According to The Block, data from cryptocurrency tracker Arkham Intelligence shows that after a few days of spot Bitcoin ETF trading, over $2 billion worth of dormant bitcoins were transferred through multiple associated addresses. These bitcoins had moved once in 2019 and had been dormant since 2013. These bitcoins have been consolidated from 49 addresses into 5, each containing between 8,000 and 12,000 bitcoins for a total holding of 49,858 Bitcoins (worth approximately $2.12 billion).
