SEC Chairman: Grayscale's lawsuit is key to approving spot Bitcoin ETF
Gary Gensler, Chairman of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), has stated that Grayscale's lawsuit plays a crucial role in the approval of a spot Bitcoin ETF. He said, "Over the years, we have rejected some applications for spot Bitcoin ETFs, and some things have changed. I believe in the rule of law and respect for the courts, and, with the consideration of new court decisions, we move forward. I think this is the most sustainable path forward."
