Bloomberg: Institutions interested in issuing BTC spot ETFs can submit their final modifications to the application before Monday morning
According to Bloomberg, institutions hoping to issue BTC spot ETFs have been asked to submit the final amendments to their applications in Washington before Monday morning. The SEC plans to vote on the 19b-4s files submitted by exchanges in the next few days. The regulator may take action on the issuer's application (S-1) at about the same time. In addition, if the SEC approves both sets of required approvals, ETF can start trading as early as the next business day.
