Cosmos ecological chain Neutron is undergoing a Neutrality upgrade
Cosmos Ecology Chain Neutron announced that it is undergoing a Neutrality upgrade. The network is currently suspended during the upgrade period. 47% of the voting rights have already supported the upgrade. Once 67% of the voting rights on Cosmos Hub complete the upgrade, the chain will resume normal operations.
