Coded Fi Ltd announced the successful acquisition of cross-chain liquidity protocol Chainge Finance, with a valuation of $47 million. After the completion of this acquisition, Chainge Finance founder Dejun Qian will join the board of Coded Fi Ltd with Najam Kidway and Mike Lempres.
