Bitget Announces Adjustments to PRO Trading Volume Requirements and Futures Taker Fees

Bitget, the world’s largest Universal Exchange (UEX), has announced updates to the trading volume requirements for PRO Level tiers and revised taker fees for PRO futures trading. The changes took effect at 14:00 (UTC+8) on September 16, 2025, further enhancing the trading experience for institutional and professional clients.
The new framework is designed to give traders more accessible pathways to upgrade their PRO tiers while also lowering costs for futures trading. Updated requirements apply to both spot and futures markets, with reduced 30-day trading volume thresholds for several PRO levels. For spot, volume requirements for PRO2 till PRO5 tiers have been lowered, while futures requirements have been adjusted for PRO2, PRO3, and PRO6. These adjustments provide more flexibility for active traders to unlock higher PRO tiers and their accompanying benefits.
At the same time, taker fees for PRO futures trading have been reduced across all tiers, offering a more competitive cost structure for high-volume traders. Spot taker fees remain unchanged. With lower thresholds for upgrades and reduced futures taker fees, Bitget is ensuring that its PRO accounts continue to meet the evolving needs of institutions and advanced users.
Bitget’s PRO tiers are automatically assessed daily at 9:00 AM (UTC+8), with the higher tier applied if traders qualify under either of the assessment tracks. All rates and benefits are subject to the latest announcements on Bitget, with PRO and Market Maker privileges applied preferentially.
