- 08:52Hyperliquid confirms that 1.75 million HYPE tokens have been unlocked for developers and core contributors.Foresight News reported that the Hyperliquid team confirmed that a total of 1.75 million HYPE tokens were unlocked for developers and core contributors on Saturday, with a current value exceeding $60.4 million. Hyperliquid developer iliensinc stated that this unlocking is part of a predetermined vesting schedule that had been disclosed in advance. For comparison, approximately 270 million tokens will be fully unlocked by November 29, 2024, which, based on today’s market value, is about $9.5 billion. Hyperliquid has never conducted external financing, so there is no investor unlock selling pressure.
- 08:52The HyperLiquid team unstakes 2.6 million HYPE tokens, with part of the funds restaked.Foresight News reported, according to monitoring by Lookonchain, the HyperLiquid team recently unstaked 2.6 million HYPE (worth approximately $89.2 million). Among these unstaked tokens, 1,088,822 HYPE (worth about $37.4 million) were restaked; 900,869 HYPE (worth about $30.9 million) remain in the wallet; 609,108 HYPE (worth about $20.9 million) were sent to Flowdesk; and 1,200 HYPE were sold in exchange for 41,193.45 USDC.
- 08:52A long position in MON worth $6.5 million was fully liquidated.Foresight News reported, according to monitoring by Lookonchain, due to the sharp decline in MON price, the trader with address starting 0xccb5 had their entire long position of 244 million MON (worth approximately $6.5 million) fully liquidated, resulting in a loss of about $1.9 million. The trader's account is now zeroed out, losing all assets.
