BTFS Community Releases BTIP-104 Proposal Introducing New File Storage Renewal Feature
According to ChainCatcher, official sources report that BTFS, the distributed storage network under TRON, has officially launched the BTIP-104 proposal, which innovatively introduces both automatic and manual file storage renewal features. The BTIP-104 proposal allows users to set up automatic renewals by uploading parameters, or to manually extend file storage periods using CLI commands, eliminating the need for repeated uploads.
This upgrade will significantly enhance user experience, effectively reduce network bandwidth consumption, and provide a reliable solution for long-term file storage needs. The proposal is currently in the conceptual stage, and community members are invited to participate in discussions on GitHub to help refine this important feature.
