Standard Chartered plans to apply for a stablecoin license in Hong Kong
According to a report by Jinse Finance, Mary Huen, CEO of Standard Chartered Hong Kong and Greater China & North Asia, stated that Standard Chartered is currently reviewing documents related to stablecoin issuers and has planned to submit a license application as soon as possible. Huen also mentioned at a press conference on Thursday that Standard Chartered previously participated in sandbox testing.
