The Argentine regulatory authority claims it has no power to resolve the Libra event dispute

The Argentine regulatory authority stated that it has no power to intervene in resolving disputes, as the sale of Libra exceeds their jurisdiction. The National Securities Commission of Argentina (CNV) "has so far chosen not to interfere" with the LIBRA incident, "because the current regulatory framework does not cover token advertisements on decentralized platforms."
