Ordinals Founder: Version ord 0.19.1 has been released, saving data space
PANews reported on July 19th that Ordinals founder Casey stated on the X platform that they have released version ord 0.19.1, which includes a significant change: the new complete index is now 221 GB instead of 289 GB, saving 68 GB of space. This is a complete index containing sat, addresses and runes. The data savings are attributed to a simpler commit line that resolved an error in redb where it only reused pages released before two transactions instead of the last one.
