Market News: Do not download the Aggr Chrome plugin, as it contains malicious theft behavior
On May 28th, Tree (@Tree_of_Alpha) posted that there is a malicious Aggr plugin in the Chrome store with rave reviews. It steals all cookies from all websites that users visit, and two months ago, someone paid influential people to promote it. Previously, @doomxbt lost funds on Binance due to this. Tree reminds users that Chrome plugins are almost as bad as running executable files directly, and only install absolutely necessary plugins that have been carefully reviewed.
