Bernstein: Ethereum spot ETF approval will raise expectations for Solana to be classified as a commodity
Golden Finance reported that broker Bernstein said in a research report that if the United States approves spot Ethereum exchange-traded funds, it will be regarded as a major regulatory relief for the crypto industry and raise expectations that ETH competitor SOL will be classified as a commodity. . The analyst added: “Tactically, the approval of an Ethereum ETF would set a precedent for the first non-Bitcoin blockchain asset to be treated as a commodity, thus raising hopes that Ethereum’s peers (possibly Solana) will follow the same path. ”
