Inveniam acquires Swarm to jointly launch a tokenized intelligent asset management platform
Jinse Finance reported that decentralized data infrastructure provider and private investment platform Inveniam has announced the acquisition of compliant real-world asset tokenization platform Swarm. The specific acquisition amount has not been disclosed, and the full acquisition transaction is expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2026. Swarm will operate under its existing brand and regulatory framework, and will jointly launch an AI-powered smart asset management platform for tokenized assets with Inveniam.
