It is reported that the company is looking for buyers or considering transforming into a family office. At its peak, Lantern Ventures managed assets of about $600 million. The fund was founded by several former members of Sam Bankman-Fried's Alameda Research, and currently, several employees of the hedge fund may be facing unemployment.
