HIMS Q3 earnings beat market expectations, with shares surging nearly 6% in after-hours trading. The company raised its Q4 2025 guidance: revenue is expected to be between $605 million and $625 million, with adjusted EBITDA of $55 million to $65 million, and an adjusted EBITDA margin of 9% to 10%. HIMS also raised its full-year 2025 revenue outlook to $2.335 billion to $2.355 billion, with adjusted EBITDA of $307 million to $317 million and an adjusted EBITDA margin of 13%.
